MEET THE TEAM
New Beginnings Homes is a ministry of Youth With A Mission, a global Christian missionary organization. All of our full-time staff members are YWAM alumni having completed at minimum an introductory Discipleship Training School. As with all YWAMers worldwide, our staff are unpaid volunteers.
That means they live and serve NBHomes because they are called by God. Each staff members makes a commitment to fundraise as means to cover their living expenses. This model is unique and foundational for our ministry.

Miles & Debi Musick
Founders & Directors
Miles and Debi founded NBH over four decades to empower vulnerable pregnant women by giving them an uplifting family atmosphere. They continue to give their lives to serving moms & babies, supporting over 600 women with housing, mentorship, nutrition, transportation, and medical care. All while raising their own 6 children and 7 grandchildren.​​​​

Ministry Coordinator
Miriam grew up in Arizona and moved to Washington to join the NBH staff team. She is gifted in hospitality, a fabulous barista and always game for an adventure. She adores fun filled nights with games, laughter and great conversation with the women here at NBH. She has traveled the world, studied the bible and has a contagious zeal for Jesus and discipling. We are so blessed to have her part of our team! ​​​​

Jonathan & Kellie Westfall
We’re the Westfalls - a family of six with four amazing girls who fill our home with laughter, music, and creativity. God has stirred our hearts for family discipleship and walking alongside others in life-changing seasons. We homeschool our girls, love musical theater, and are passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and deeply loved by God. As House Parents at New Beginnings Homes, we’re honored to be part of a ministry that helps women and babies experience hope, restoration, and the power of family. Our prayer is that every person who comes through these doors would know they are chosen, valued, and never alone.
